Service Terms
1. Overview
These Service Terms (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of the WordPress SAML SSO Plugin (“Plugin”), developed and maintained by Keywoot (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
We provide a commercial WordPress plugin that enables SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for WordPress websites. The Plugin may include:
- Installation and activation on eligible WordPress sites
- Configuration guidance and integration with Identity Providers (IDPs)
- Ongoing updates and maintenance releases
- Email-based technical support (per SLA)
3. License Terms
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin under one of the following plans:
- Single Site: For one WordPress instance
- Multisite Network: For one WordPress network with unlimited subsites
- Enterprise: Custom coverage for multiple domains and environments
You may not share, sell, or redistribute the Plugin code or license keys outside the licensed domain(s).
4. Payment & Billing
- Licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis unless otherwise stated
- Prices and plans are published on our website and may change with notice
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards or other methods as listed
5. Refunds
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the first purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable for renewal charges or subsequent purchases.
- Refunds are only applicable if our product is not functioning as advertised and you have contacted our support team for assistance, but we were unable to resolve the issue.
- Refunds will be processed after verification of eligibility and may take up to 30 business days.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels.
6. Support Services
Support is included with active licenses and covers:
- Initial configuration guidance
- Troubleshooting SAML authentication issues
- Bug reporting and resolution
Support does not include custom development, third-party integrations, or on-site configuration. See our SLA for response time guarantees.
7. Plugin Updates
We release updates for compatibility with new WordPress versions, security fixes, and new features. Updates are available for download from your account during the license period.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
We do not collect or store your users’ personal data. All Plugin configurations are stored locally in your WordPress database. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Security Commitments
We are committed to maintaining a high standard of security in our plugin by adhering to secure coding practices, performing regular code reviews, and addressing reported vulnerabilities in a timely manner. While we take every reasonable measure to safeguard the plugin, no software can be completely free of risk. Therefore, we recommend that you implement appropriate security measures for your WordPress environment and hosting infrastructure to ensure comprehensive protection.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure that your WordPress site meets Plugin requirements (latest version of PHP, WordPress, SSL enabled)
- Use correct IDP metadata and ensure proper attribute mapping
- Avoid unauthorized tampering or modifying Plugin code unless advised by support
11. Intellectual Property
The Plugin and all related materials (logos, code, documentation) are the property of Keywoot and protected by copyright. No rights are transferred except for usage under license.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Keywoot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
13. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Plugin for violations of these terms. You may terminate the agreement at any time by removing the Plugin from your site and discontinuing use.
